Vesle gutt er blitt 5 uker alt, har i mellomtia klart å fått på skilter og kjørt litt med patrolen.Alt ser ut til å fungere som det skal, har stabilt ladetrykk på 0,5 nå etter montering av boostkontroll, enda ikke fått noe negativ effekt etter å ha blenda egr ventilen. Da er det nok håp å komme seg til Dagli med enda en bil

Ja var godt å få det iorden igjen, nå skal jeg ikke ta alle gleder på forskudd, kan jo dukke opp ting enda. men nå er det bare den snorkelen som irriterer meg en smule, lyst til å bytte den ut med safari eller iron mann, men med en liten i huset er penga et problem. Snakka endel med folk fra australia inne på Patrol4x4 om at bilen går i nødmodus enda jeg har montert den Davesvalve som skal hindre overboost. Så har blitt anbefalt å montere en nålventil/boostcontroler så jeg kan justere inn nøyaktig. Anbefaler å inn på forumet der og sjekke om du har zd30 og har problemer med at du plutselig mister effekten.
Har også tenkt å investere i et slikt panel så man kan ha kontroll på hva som skjer når man kjører. men ser ut som det er litt leveringstid på de.


Videre skal jeg bytte eksosen med 3*eksos hele veien fra turboen, men må få montert motorvarmer først så jeg kan fjærne det spjelde som øker tomgangen. Får forhåpentligvis nye fjører foran fra Ironmann ettersom jeg har fått feil fjører, noe som gjør at den er veldig lav i nesa.

Har du bytta turbo og?
Jeg måtte bytte både ic og turbo for å komme vekk fra nødmodus.
Har kjørt med litt campingvogn i sommer og den går ikke i nødmodus.

har monter ny turbo, IC og den vemtilen du ser i enden av den røde slangen. Har bestillte en nåleventil så skal prøve å se om jeg får den til å gå ut av nødmodus. Australierene kaller det limp mode, litt usikker på hva som gjør det. Har også bestillt ECU Talk så jeg kan se hva som skjer hele tia oghva slags feilmeldinger som kommer opp. Så blir det 3.0êksos, så får se om dette hjelper på. Eksostempen og oljetrykket er hvertfall stabilt og slik det skal være. Så er nok bare den møkka styringa av turbotrykke som kødder til hele greia.

lenge sia jeg har fått gjort noe med trollet, men nå har jeg endelig fått godkjennt hevesette. Bytta bremser rundt baut og ristinga på rattet er helt borte med org hjul. Men har mistanke om at svinghjulet er i ferd med å ryke så er ikke stopp med problemene enda. noen som veit om billige svinghjul så si ifra, skal ikke ha slik som det org med demping i senter på svinghjulet.

var en som hadde bestilt svinghjul og alt komplett for ca 16000 kr

trur jeg skal få det rimeligere fra milner, men trur ikke de har de svinghjulene som er uten den dempinga i senteret. Er vist noe ulemper med disse hele svinghjulene, men når de orginale ryker etter 150-180000 er det ikke noe alternativ.

Da var etter lenge venting ecuTalk enheten kommi i posten så da får'n se om man finner ut av motor problematikken.

Har du fått montert 3" eksos? Stor forandring?
Gjorde du noen forandringer når blendet EGR? Samme ladetrykket etterpå?

Har ikke fått satt på eksos da bilen står stille pga svinghjul som er på vei til å havarere. Eneste jeg har gjort er å sette på en slik boost Controller, den du ser litt lengre opp på bilde som er kobla til med røde slanger. Skal hindre at turbotrykket blir for høyt så elektronikken ikke kutter ladinga.
