Fra varebil til 7 seter

Har lest en del på forumet om ombygging fra varebil til 7 seter, uten at jeg føler jeg sitter med noen "fasit" på hva som må gjøres for og få alt dette på plass...

Jeg har selv en 2007 modell Pathfinder som jeg har hatt i 3 år nå, uten takluke og AC bak i bagasjerom. Tenkte derfor og montere inn alle setene, noe som kan by på litt utfordringer i følge det jeg leser.
Har gått igjennom delene jeg fikk med bilen, og ser at jeg har fått en god del forskjelligt med bilen. Blant annet så kan det se ut som jeg har fått baksetet til Nissan Navara istedenfor Patfinder. Sete 6 & 7 ser ut til og stemme, men dette er av ett annet mønster og farge. Jakten på nye seter og hyggelige telefonsamtaler med Nissan forhandlere jeg kjøpte bilen er i gang...

Tipper flere har gjort denne jobben før meg, og jeg håper noen har mulighet for og legge ut noen bilder her. Jeg starter ombyggingen i januar, siden bilen er registrert i 12/2007. Kan se ut som prisen går noe ned da...
Lover og ta masse bilder og legge ut info på det jeg støter på, men hadde satt pris på litt hjelp underveis!

Er selene til 3.raden inntakte? Fant ut at hos meg er selve selene skåret rett av mens tromlene henger igjen bak dekslene.. :/
Jeg har igrunnen slått meg litt til ro med at det nok ikke blir så aktuelt for min del, mtp at det både må sveises bak og at jeg trenger nye seler..

Skal sjekke opp dette, men jeg er redd for at selene er enten fjernet, eller kappet slik som du forklarer. Har prøvd og finne noen tegninger av dette, men finner ikke på nett. Har fått tak i Haynes Pathfinder/Navara "mekkebok", så tenkte og se om det stod noe fornuftig der.

Er veldig interessert i hvordan denne braketter/bjelken som er fjernet ser ut. Ingen som har 7 seter som kan dele ett bilde, eller noen som har bilde av undersiden av varebil innredningen? Har ikke fjernet mitt enda...

Ser ut som 5 nye seter kan være i boks nå, på vei i posten!

Noen som har liggende den platedelen/braketten som er kappet bort av de som har bygget om disse bilene til varebil her til lands? Det er mulig og få ny av denne, men den er rimelig dyr.

Vet ikke hvilken av selene du skal ha men Courtesy Parts har vært greie å snakke med de gangene jeg har bestillt deler som er latterlig dyre i Norge.

Selv med dyr UPS frakt og moms sparer du fort noen tusen på å bestille det fra USA.
Kan nok få det fraktet billigere hjem med JetCarrier.

Ja dette er priser fra lokal Nissan forhandler. Sjekket ut Courtesy Parts og de var mye billigere ja! Heftig frakt pris, men så lenge de sender til Jet Carrier, så er det mye og spare.

Merk at siden USA opererer med V6 motor så er jeg skeptisk til å bestille deler til drivverk, motorstyring mm, men det meste av karroseri og interiør passer.
Delenumrene jeg fikk fra min lokale Nissan forhandler på div karoserideler stemte med delenumrene på Courtesyparts.

Ja ser at det er litt andre motorer ute og går der. Fikk ett tips i dag og sjekke om selene hadde TÜV godkjenning. Dette var en av tingene de sjekket på BT. Får sende en mail og høre med de...

Eg har montert 3 seteren i min 2005 pathfinder, men stussar veldig på innfesting av anker til setebelter her. Trudde det berre var ein bolt, men i følge forhandlar lokalt her er det eit heilt brakettarrangement som han forlangar 5000kr for. Eg kjøpte seter frå ein hoggebil, og selgar påstår hardnakka at alt av boltar og brakettar er med, men eg står bom fast her. Nokon andre ombyggarar som har erfaringar her? Det gjeld altså innfesting av ankeret til belta på sidene, ved bakdørene.

Hvis du tenker på anker til setebelter på 2. seterad, så mener jeg å huske at dette er kun en bolt og et distansestykke.

Er selv på jakt etter detaljert montasjeanvisning fra Nissan for member assy-cross - 3. seterad. Noen som har kjennskap til denne? Eller må man til Nissan verksted for å få dette gjort på måte som blir akseptert av biltilsynet?

Jeg ga opp tredje raden når jeg så at de hadde skåret hull i det originalet gulvet slik at det var åpent rett ut.
Her måtte jeg da slipt dette bort og sveist i nytt gulv (som er rett ved diesel slangene på ene siden).

Under er et bilde av hvordan det ser ut under den bakerste delen av plategulvet ved den 90 graders 10cm høye kanten. (bilde tatt bakfra)
I hjørnene (i rød sirkel) er det skåret hull i original gulv (rett gjennom og ut) slik at det varebilgulvet skal få plass oppi. Dette er så punktsveist og sikaflex limt fast.
Snakk om å ødelegge en bil

IKKE BØY PLATEN langt opp slik som jeg gjorde.. fikk aldri bøyd den helt ned igjen og måtte skru den fast med store karoseriskruer for å holde det nede.
